So many to cover and so little time!!  Seriously though, there are several different breeds of Guinea Pigs.  There are several different varieties within each breed and of course, there are numerous colors and color combinations.  But to me, a piggy's looks really are secondary - what really worms itself into your heart is the unique personality each Guinea Pig has.  (and the cuddle factor doesn't hurt either!!)

When I purchased Abby, I really didn't want a black Guinea Pig (or so I thought).  And I really didn't want an Abbyssinian.  I had pictured a Peruvian Tri-color as the love of my life (after my husband of course!)  I could see me brushing his/her hair every day and all the time we would spend together.
